Dear Parents/Carers,

Over the next few days, you will receive an e-mail from us containing instructions for how your child can complete a Pupil Perceptions survey. 

This survey will help us to find out about the wellbeing of our pupils as they work from home. 

There are slightly different questions depending upon whether your child is in Primary (Years 2 - 6 only) or Secondary/Sixth Form (Years 7 - 13). 

Attached below are instructions for how to access the survey. Your child will need:

• a digital device (such as a laptop, smartphone, or tablet)
• an Internet connection
• 15 - 25 minutes

Your child will also need a unique password. This will be sent to you and your child in a separate e-mail over the next few days. 

We are encouraging all of our pupils to answer these questions honestly and carefully. The more information we have, the more we can support our pupils. We are asking all of our pupils to complete their survey by Sunday 21st February 2021. Please could you encourage your child to complete this survey.
